TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 oF 2021 By Shaukatally Noormohamed, of 17 Tanglewood Trail, Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 6V4, Canada, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Itmadally Noormohamed alias Itmadally Shivji Nurmahomed, who died in Canada, on 8th April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2021 By Abdulkadir Hussein Ibrahim, of P.O. Box 56203-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khadija Jama alias Khadija Jama Farah, who died on 13th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
