REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Florence Wanyoike (1D/9484797), of P.O. Box 1128, Buruburu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.405 hectare and 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Mutubiri/Wempa/Block 1/5950 and 5960, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
