WHEREAS James Ndege (1D/0667086), 1s registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that prece of Jand containing 0.7 hectare or thereabouts, situate m the district of Kisii, registered under title No. Nyaribari Chache/B/B/Boburia/2572, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thercof hay been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days fiom the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
