WHEREAS Baba Dogo Housing Limited, of P.O. Box 19257- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as LR. No. 336/1, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in volume N12 folio 64/22 file 2076, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to 11th March, 2022 locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provision of section 33 (5) pravided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
