REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Muriu Nijucha (deceased), is registered as proprictor of all that piece of land containing 2.4 hectares or thereabout. known as Nyandarua/Ol! Kalou Salient/52, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 30 of 2017, has issued letters of administration to John Mwangi Njucha (ID/1391347), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Kamau Muriu Njucha (deceased) has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land utle deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Muriu Njucha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
