APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to Article 9.1 of the Deed of Transfer of Functions from the Nairobi City County Government to the National Government, gazetted on the 25th February, 2020 and in accordance with section 160 of the Public Finance mAngement Act, 2012. The Nairobi City County Government extends the appointment of the Kenya Revenue Authority as the principal agent for overall revenue collection for all county revenue, for a period of six (6) months, with effect from the 16th March, 2022.
