Notice is given to the owner (s) of motor vehicle registration Nos. KCG 560Q, Nissan Lafesta and KAL 7916, lying at Jumeriah Enterprises, North Airport Road, Embakasi, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the day of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges together with any other incidental cost incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicles is taken. Notice is further given that the motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing. should the owner(s) fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herein above stipulated.
