NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Amaco Insurance, the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KBV 367L, Nissan Advan, which has been lying at the premises of New Embu Uhuru Garage Lumited, Industrial Road, Embu, to take possession of the same within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage and any other related expenses. Failure to which the said motor vehicle shal! be sold by public auction or private treaty by New Embu Uhuru Garage Limited without notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to Amaco Insurance.
