Foho 71/482, File No. MMXXIL, by our client, Samuel Otieno Olov Opinde, of P.O. Box 22, Muramba in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Otieno Oloo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Otieno Oloo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samuel Otieno Oloo Opinde, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Otieno Oloo Opinde only.
