REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gulhamid M. Jivanji and (2) Farzana Khuzema Esmail, both of P.O. Box 66839-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that flat erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/II1/135, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 139800/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice 1s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
