WHEREAS Harrison Nganga Gichinga (1D/62000098), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0482, 0.0471 nd 0.0471 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha. registered under title Nos. Naivashe/Maraigushu Block 18/2029, 2030 and 2032. respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiratian of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
