REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwangi Miano, of P.O. Box 83648-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as 5493/I/MN, registered as CR. 75833/1 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act and remove the restriction as provided under the Act.
