REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Chege Ndirangu (1D/0908607), of P.O. Box 126, Njabini in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in Njabini, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Njabini/3963, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
