REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Danson Nduati Muturi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 1/4264 (Laikipia), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyahururu in succession Cause No. 122 of 2016, has issued grant in favour of Edward Mwaura Nduati, and whereas the said Edward Mwaura Nduati has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said applicant to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in favour of Edward Mwaura Nduati, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Danson Nduati Muturi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
