REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Ngaire Mathenge (deceased), of P.O. Box 1381, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Uasin Gishu/Kimumu/1562, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 200 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jennifer Gathoni Mathenge and (2) Esther Njeri Murigu, both of P.O. Box 1381, Eldoret in Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid Objection has been received within that period, [ intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Jennifer Gathoni Mathenge and (2) Esther Njeri Murigu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Ngaire Mathenge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
