REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muriuki Mwai (deceased). 1s registered as proprietor of all thoat piece of land containing 1.155 hectares or thereabout, known as Gilgil/Karunga Block 9/405, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession Cause No. 1078 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Samuel Gatebu Muriuki, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, 1 intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Samuel Gatebu Muriuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muriuki Mwai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
