APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 39 of the County Governments Act and pursuant to the resolutions of the NZOWASCO Annual General Meeting, held on the 29th January, 2021, the County Executive Committee Member, Environment, Water and Natural Resources, Trans Nzoia County, appoints— CPA Stephen Psiwa Cheprot, Advocate, Ben Makasi Simiyu, to be members of the NZOWASCO de-clustering Taskforce, for a period of six (6) months with effect from the 1st December, 2021. The terms of reference for the Taskforce are set out on the letters of appointment dated the 22nd February, 2021. Dated the 2nd March, 2022. A.C.
