NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya to Clinton Kimani of Nairobi the owner of motor vehicle Registration No. KCZ 789K Nissan Note lying in the premises of Racetune Garage of Mithonge Kikuyu Road and owner of Mahidra Pick up Registration NO KBV 022V lying at Mouch Garage Masai Road off Mombasa Road Nairobi to take delivery of the same within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication notice upon payment of storage charges and any other related expenses failure to which the said goods shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further Notice and shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
