WHEREAS Cecilia Wangur Waithaka (1D/21355962), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of jand containing 0.055 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gilgil. registered under tithe No. Gilgil/Gilgil Block 1/29869 (Kekopey), whereas the said title deed was erroneously registered and issued in the name of Marvin Waithaka Ngume (1D/28368772) instead of Gigil/Gilgtl Block [/29876 (Kekopey). whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by Shamba Kamili Self Help Group to prove that Cecilia Wangui Waithaka is the rightful owner, whereas notice to surrender the said title deed issued to Marvin Waithaka Ngume 1s without any success, notice 1s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
