THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Mungai Ngaruro, of P.O. Box 1190. Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, 1s the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.24 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/110, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) provided that no valid objection has been received within that period. Dated the [8th March, 2022. R.G.
