REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Selina Naliaka Busuru, of P.O. Box 127, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of tand known as E. Bukusu/S. Nalondo/2882, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
