WHEREAS Albert Ogut Walowa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta 1/3976, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed to Isaac Ouma Otieno, having been gazetted and confirmed as an administrator in sucession cause No. 627 of 2014 at the High Court in Migori and gazetted vide
