Box 45129-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Cherotich Marion (minor), formerly known as Marion Maya Akinyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Marion Maya Akiny1 and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cherotich Marion, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Cherotich Marion only.
