WHEREAS Yusufali Hassanali Akber, of P.O. Box 98731-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold of all that piece of land containing 0.16653 acre or thereabouts, known as plot No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/152, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
