WHEREAS Hamida Abdulkarim Mussa Varvant, of P.O. Box 97389-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered (hereinafter the “lessee”) of all that piece of land containing 0.1295 acre or thereabouts, known as plot No. Mombasa/Block XVII/791/A, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas Kassamali Hesham Ebrahim and Valli Rehemtulla & Co. Ltd are headslessors (hereinafter the “Iessors”), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the the lessee has not been able to procure consent to transfer the property from the lessors and despite Several requests, they have nat received any response from the lessor, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I ntent to proceed and register the transfer of lease and such consent shall be deemed dispensed with.
