THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Mohamed Mwinzagu, of P.O. Box 80399, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.030 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXXIV/79, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
