WHEREAS James Wafula Wangila, of P.O. Box 3893, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Trans Nzoia. registered under title No. Waitaluk/Kapkoi Block 13/Wehoya/960, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost, notice 1s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
