GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1789

WHEREAS John Kimani Gichuhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.17 acres or thereabout, known as Chania/Mataara/1403, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Gatundu in succession Cause No. 293 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Geoffrey Maina Gichuhi (1D/6413792), of P.O. Box 5146— 01030, Nairobi in the republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Geoffrey Maina Gichuhi (ID/6413792),, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kimani Gichuhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
