REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Kibichd Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.2 acres or thereabout. situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Chinga/Kiaguthu/657, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Othaya in succession Cause No. 26 of 2019, has issued grant of letters intestate to (1) Rosemary Wanjiru R.K. Mwangi and (2) Lilian Wangu Mwangi, as administrators and beneficiary is Rosemary Wanjiru R.K. Mwangi, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said (1) Rosemary Wanjiru RK. Mwangi and (2) Lilian Wangu Mwangi, as administrators and beneficiary is Rosemary Wanjiru R.K. Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Richard Kibicho Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 18th February, 2022.
