NOTICE is given under the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBJ 775H to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Mohamed Ali Mushine, situate at Mashallah Apartments, Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County, within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice upon payment of KSh. 235,000 storage and legal costs failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty after the requisite gazette notice Dated the 8th February, 2022.
