NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2924, in Volume DI, Folio 366/5562, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Nancy Wambui Ndung’u, of P.O. Box 73663- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nancy Wambui Ndwiga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Wambui Ndwiga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nancy Wambui Ndung’u, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nancy Wambui Ndung’u only.
