Folio 736/1527, File No. MMxXx, by our client, Ken Mutemi Paul Marete, of P.O. Box 10350- 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mutemi Paul Marete, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mutemi Paul Marete, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ken Mutemi Paul Marete, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ken Mutemi Paul Marete only.
