NOTICE 1s given that by a deed poll dated 6th January. 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1552, in Volume DI, Folio 14/112, File No. MMXxXII, by our client, Sneha Shah, of House No. A4, Sandalwood Estate, Kitusuru Road, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sneha Harshit alias Sneha Dilip Shah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sneha Harshit alias Sneha Dilip Shah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sneha Shah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sneha Shah only.
