WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Muthoni (1D/7358441) and (2) Benjamin Gecua Karanja (1D/25702385), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.20 hectares and 0.20 hectars or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Olchoro Onyore/27586 and 27587, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
