REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wang Wang Center Limited, of P.O. Box 41374— 00100, Nairobi, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1/1331 (Original Number 1!/199/2), situate in City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by ay on 25th February, 2022 virtue of a grant registered as IR. 141910/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified againest all actions and clarms that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
