REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Waweru Maina. of P.O. Box 1907-20300, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of ail that piece of land situated in the district. of Nyahururu, registered under title No. Nyahururu Municipality Block 2/545, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
