Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in 25th February, 2022 the district of Rusu, registered under ttle No. Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 1/4776. and whereas cufficreut evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece oi land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said Jand tegister have failed, notice ts given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no vaird obiectic:: has been received within that period, | intend to issue another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
