REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rusalina Otieno Ambonya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of Jand containing 0.25 hectare or thereabouts, known as W. Kasipul/Konyango Kokal/620, situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas the land title deed issued is lost and effort to trace the said title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the said title deed and thereot proceed registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42.
