GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2009

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on 4th February, 2022, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Marimanti, Tharaka South Sub-County, Tharaka Nithi County. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Lands and Physical Planning Office, Kathwana and Sub-County Administrator, Tharaka South Offices. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Lands and Physical Planning Office, Kathwana and Sub-County Administrator, Tharaka South Offices, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., on working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning, Environment and Natural Resources, P.O. Box 160-60406, Kathwana or the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O.
