NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th January, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1506, in Volume DI, Folio 9/67, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Naomi Waithera Wango (guardian), of P.O. Box 438, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Mustafah Ibrahim (minor), formerly known as Mustafah Koriyow Ibrahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mustafah Koriyow Ibrahim and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mustafah Ibrahim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mustafah Ibrahim only.
