NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2554, in Volume DI, Folio 341/5008, File No. MMXx, by our client, Joyce Atleno Osogo Bensuda, of P.O. Box 80, Homa Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joyce Atieno Osogo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Joyce Atieno Osogo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joyce Atieno Osogo Bensuda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joyce Atieno Osogo Bensuda only.
