Ali Mohamed Kana, of P.O. Box 18701- 00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alimohamed alias Bashir Alimohmed Mohamed alias Ali Mohamed Kana, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alimohamed alias Bashir Alsmohmed Mohamed alias Ali Mohamed Kana, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ali Mohamed Kana for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ali Mohamed Kana only.
