NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated Ist July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1946, in Volume DI, Folio 173/6117, File No. MMXxXI, by our client, Safia Mohamed Hassan Salim, of P.O. Box 8397-00100. Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Safia Elema Umuro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Safia Elema Umuro, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Safia Mohamed Hassan Salim for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Safia Mohamed Hassan Salim only.
