Box 139-~80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.000 acre or thereabouts, known as portion No. 728, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered as LLT.34, folio 189/1, file 2771, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file and folio register in respect of the said parcel of land is misplaced or lost, and whereas the registered owners have executed an indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that | shall proceed to reconstruct the deed file and folio register at the expiry of sixty (60) days from the, date hereof unless a written objection has been received within that period. Box 13509-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0400 hectare or thereabouts, known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 3/4284, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register im respect thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been réceived within that period.
