THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Thuku Macharia, of P.O. Box 56787, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.036 hectare or thereabouts, known as Bahati/Kabatini Block 1/12787, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, J intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33.
