REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Kibunja Kungu, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of al] that piece of land containing 1.17 hectares or thereabout, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block II/10339, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register ( green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, 1 shall proceed and reconstruct the lost land register (green card) under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
