WHEREAS Hannington Frederick Mtula, for himself and as the personal representative of the estate of Cecilia Hope Mtula (deceased), of P.O. Box 30214, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. 1148/1278. situate in the Kisumu Municipality in the Central Nyanza District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 24558/1, and whereas KCB Bank Kenya Limited has executed instruments of Discharge in favour of (1) Hannington Frederick Mtula and (2) Cecilia Hope Mtula, and whereas affidavit has been filled in terms of section 3! of the Act that the said grant registered as No. I.R. 24558 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with registration of the Gaid Discharge.
