WHEREAS Mwangi -Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, known as Olare/Burnt Forest Block 5(Ngaria)259, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Eldoret in succession cause No. E587 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation in favour of Wilson Njoroge Mwangi, of P.O. Box 5469- 30100. Eldoret, and whereas the land. title deed in. respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given.that after.the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land titlein the name Wilson Njoroge Mwangi, and upon such registéation the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Njoroge:(deoeased), shall-be. deemed. to be cancelled and of no effect.
