WHEREAS David Maina Karuri alias Maina David Karuri (deceased). is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nanyuki Marura Block 6/1190 (Endana), situate in the district of {.atkipia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No, 696 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation in favour of Alice Wanjira Maina as administrator, and whereas the said Alice Wanjira Maina has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been recerved within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to registered as proprietor by transmission R.L.. 19 in favour of the said Alice Wanita Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Maina Karuri alias Maina David Karuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
