GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7628

WHEREAS Isaac Luvonga Ichechi alias Isaac Luvonga Icheji (deceased), of P.O. Box 100-30105, Soy in the Republic of Kenya. is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, known as Lugari/Likuyani/Block 1(Vihiga)/206, and whereas the court in the succession cause No. 283 of 2018 (formerly High Court in succession cause No. 313 of 2015) in the chief Magistrate’s court at Eldoret, has issued grant in favour of Mary Kakei, of P.O. Box 100-30105, Soy, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39, and issue land title in the name Mary Kakei, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Luvonga Ichechi alias Isaac Luvonga Icheji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the Ist July, 2022.
